กองทัพอากาศ ยืนยัน "ข่าวบิดเบือนความจริง" กรณี สื่อกัมพูชาเผยแพร่การตรวจพบซากระเบิด โดยอ้างว่าเป็นระเบิด MK-84 ของไทย ตกใส่บ้านพลเรือน โดยมีรายละเอียดตามที่ ศบ.ทก. ชี้แจงดังนี้

ตามที่สื่อกัมพูชา (The Phnom Penh Post) รายงานโดยอ้างเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานด้านทุ่นระเบิด ว่าพบระเบิดอากาศ MK-84 ตกใส่บ้านเรือนประชาชน โดยเชื่อมโยงว่ามีสาเหตุจากการโจมตีทางอากาศของเครื่องบิน F-16 หรือ Gripen ของไทยนั้น

ศูนย์เฉพาะกิจบริหารสถานการณ์บริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา (ศบ.ทก.) ได้รับการยืนยันจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้วว่า:

1. ปฏิบัติการทางอากาศของไทยเป็นไปอย่างแม่นยำ มุ่งสู่เป้าหมายทางทหารที่ตรวจสอบและยืนยันแล้ว ไม่มีการโจมตีพื้นที่พลเรือนตามหลักสากลว่าด้วยการป้องกันตนเองและเคารพกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ

2. ลักษณะของระเบิดที่พบในฝั่งกัมพูชา

• อยู่ในสภาพเก่าและขึ้นสนิมอย่างชัดเจน

• มีลักษณะคล้ายถูก “ขุดขึ้นมาจากใต้ดิน” มากกว่าการตกจากอากาศ

• ความลึกของหลุมและทิศทางการวาง ไม่สอดคล้องกับแรงปะทะจากการทิ้งระเบิดทางอากาศ

3. จากการตรวจสอบภารกิจล่าสุด

• ฝูงบิน F-16 และ Gripen ทิ้งระเบิดเป้าหมายทางทหารก่อนที่ข้อตกลงหยุดยิงจะมีผล

• ลูกระเบิดทำงานสมบูรณ์ และตรวจสอบซากได้ครบถ้วน

ศบ.ทก. ขอให้สาธารณชนมั่นใจว่า กองทัพอากาศไทยดำเนินภารกิจด้วยความรับผิดชอบสูงสุด ปฏิบัติตามหลักกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศอย่างเคร่งครัด และยึดมั่นในหลักมนุษยธรรมโดยไม่มุ่งสร้างความเสียหายต่อพลเรือนโดยเด็ดขาด

Royal Thai Air Force Denies “False Reports” Over Cambodian Media Claims of MK-84 Bomb Hitting Civilian Home

The Royal Thai Air Force has firmly denied claims made by Cambodian media regarding the discovery of an MK-84 bomb alleged to have been dropped by Thailand onto a civilian home. The Ad Hoc Center of Thailand - Cambodia Situation has clarified the matter as follows:

According to The Phnom Penh Post, citing demining officials, an MK-84 aerial bomb was allegedly found at a civilian residence in Cambodia, purportedly linked to an airstrike by Thai F-16 or Gripen aircraft.

The Ad Hoc Center of Thailand - Cambodia Situation, after verification with relevant agencies, confirmed that:

1. Thai air operations were conducted with precision, strictly targeting verified military objectives. There was no attack on civilian areas, in full compliance with international self-defense principles and humanitarian law.

2. The characteristics of the bomb found on the Cambodian side indicate:

It was old and heavily corroded.

Its condition suggests it was “unearthed from underground” rather than recently dropped from the air.

The depth and placement of the crater do not match the impact pattern of an aerial bomb drop.

3. Review of recent missions shows:

The F-16 and Gripen squadrons dropped munitions on military targets before the ceasefire agreement took effect.

All bombs functioned properly, and all remnants were fully accounted for.
