รัฐบาลไทย ประกาศปิดดีลภาษีนำเข้าสหรัฐสำเร็จที่ 19% เกาะกลุ่มอาเซียน

รัฐบาลไทย ประกาศความสำเร็จทีมไทยแลนด์ ปิดดีลภาษีนำเข้าต่างตอบแทนสหรัฐฯ จาก 36% เหลือ 19% ที่สามารถรักษาการแข่งขันได้ เพื่อรักษาฐานการส่งออกและเสถียรภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศในระยะยาว

วันนี้ (1 ส.ค.2568) นายจิรายุ ห่วงทรัพย์ โฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เปิดเผยว่า รัฐบาลไทยสามารถเจรจาและบรรลุข้อตกลงเกี่ยวกับอัตราภาษีนำเข้าต่างตอบแทน (Reciprocal Tariffs) กับสหรัฐอเมริกาได้สำเร็จ โดยขณะนี้ รัฐบาลสหรัฐฯ ได้ประกาศแล้วว่าจะเรียกเก็บอัตราภาษีนำเข้าฯ จากสินค้าของไทยในอัตรา 19 % ซึ่งข้อตกลงดังกล่าวจะมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันนี้วันที่ 1 ส.ค.2568 เป็นต้นไป

นายจิรายุ กล่าวว่า อัตราภาษีดังกล่าวที่ ต่ำกว่า อัตราเดิม 36% และเกาะอยู่ในระดับใกล้เคียงกับประเทศในภูมิภาค อาทิ เวียดนาม ฟิลิปปินส์ และญี่ปุ่น สามารถรักษาการแข่งขันได้ เมื่อเทียบกับประเทศอื่นในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ซึ่งได้เจรจากับสหรัฐฯ สำเร็จแล้วก่อนหน้านี้

“การปิดดีลครั้งนี้ของรัฐบาลไทย ในระดับภาษีนำเข้าฯ ไว้ที่ 19% ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความสำเร็จสำคัญของทีมไทยแลนด์ ในแนวทาง win-win เพื่อรักษาฐานการส่งออกและเสถียรภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศในระยะยาว ย้ำถึงศักยภาพของประเทศไทยในเวทีการค้าโลก ท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงในนโยบายการค้าระหว่างประเทศ”

Thai Government Announces Successful U.S. Tariff Deal at 19%, In Line With ASEAN Rates

The Thai government has announced a major achievement, successfully closing a deal to reduce the United States’ reciprocal import tariff rate on Thai goods from 36% to 19%, ensuring competitiveness and supporting the country’s export base and long-term economic stability.

Today (August 1, 2025), Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, Government Spokesperson, revealed that Thailand has successfully negotiated and reached an agreement with the United States on reciprocal import tariffs. The U.S. government has officially announced that the tariff rate on Thai products will be set at 19%, effective August 1, 2025.

Mr. Jirayu explained that this new rate, significantly lower than the previous 36% and aligned with those of other countries in the region such as Vietnam, the Philippines, and Japan, will help maintain Thailand’s competitiveness compared to its ASEAN peers, who have already reached similar agreements with the U.S.

“This successful conclusion of the tariff negotiations at 19% marks another key achievement for Team Thailand under a win-win approach, safeguarding the country’s export base and long-term economic stability. It reaffirms Thailand’s potential in the global trade arena amid shifting international trade policies,” he emphasized.
