เปิดศักราชปี 2569 ตอกย้ำความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่แข็งแกร่ง "สิงคโปร์" แสดงความเชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพของประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยในเดือนมกราคมที่ผ่านมา มีเม็ดเงินลงทุนจากสิงคโปร์สูงถึง 5,513 ล้านบาท (คิดเป็น 11% ของมูลค่าการลงทุนรวมจากต่างชาติ และสูงเป็นอันดับ 2 รองจากญี่ปุ่น) โดยการลงทุนส่วนใหญ่มุ่งเน้นไปที่กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต ได้แก่ ธุรกิจบริการ Cloud Service ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าอัจฉริยะ และ โรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของไทยที่ต้องการผลักดันเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลและความยั่งยืน
